Welcome! My name's Lua! I mainly draw dragons and other experimental artwork.
My commissions open very inconsistently, but I will always make an announcement when they're open.

- Dragons (WOF and non-WOF)

I won't draw

- NSFW
- Gore
- Humans/Humanoids/Furries
- Most fandom characters like FNAF, MLP, etc

Commission TOS

General

  • Be patient! Expect the commission to be completed within 1 - 4 weeks. Please check the queue list to see where I'm at with other commissions and yours!

  • Once I accept your commission, you'll be added to the queue list! I will notify you when it's your turn!

  • Please have a high-quality reference of your character, otherwise, colors may not be accurate!

  • With your finished commission, you have my permission to post it online with proper credit by linking any of my socials or simply by saying "Art by LuaWinter".

  • You can use your commission for any personal use (icon, background, etc.)

  • Do not edit out my watermark/signature!

  • Do not claim the commission as your own creation, regardless of how much the image has been edited or how it's been used.

Payment

  • I only accept USD via PayPal. An email will be provided for Paypal.

  • After purchase, no refunds unless I, the artist, decide I can no longer do the commission.

  • I will not begin working on the commission until full payment has been received.

During the Process

  • A WIP sketch will be provided before completion.

  • I can make major edits while the commission is still a WIP.

  • Minor edits may be made after the commission is complete.

  • WIP pictures may be requested to your liking.

Artist rights

  • I, the artist, will retain all legal and artistic rights to the image being commissioned. I can use the commission in my galleries as I see fit.

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission without giving reason.

  • If you are not a current owner of my art and you repost without credit, edit, trace, copy, or sell any part of my art in any way without my permission, you will be immediately blacklisted.

  • Anyone caught breaking the TOS will be given a warning message.

Design TOS

General

  • If you've bought a design from me, you have full rights to the design.

  • You can edit the design however you see fit.

  • With full rights, you do not have to sell the design for how much you bought it for. I don't mind if you resell something for more than you bought it for. (This is my personal stance, respect other artists' TOS)

  • You can take inspiration from the designs I create (for instance, if you liked a certain outfit or jewelry or color palette from a design), but please do not explicitly copy the entire design and say it was designed by you.
